Mondraker Dune XR

Mondraker Dune XR 27.5 is Mondrakera s aggresively angled Enduro bike. Burlier than the Foxy but far enough away from an all out down hill rig to fly on the uphills. In 2014 they released a new revised Dune frame with Forward Geometry, Zero Suspension Platform and 27.5 wheels. This resulted in a bike with enhanced kinematics, higher absorption and better pedalling efficiency. The dune has proven itself time and again in events around the world garnering titles for the Mondraker team in the Enduro World Series. For 2015 the Dune has received an increase in ita s top tube length and a reinforcement of the rear stays resulting in a faster stronger more confident riding experience.

Technical features:

• ZERO SUSPENSION SYSTEM: Zero is the name given to Mondraker’s exclusive patented suspension system, where the travel, pedalling efficiency and overall performance have been completely optimised for each particular discipline.

• FORWARD GEOMETRY: This year Forward Geometry enters its third season, being extended to all double suspension models of the Mondraker range, benefiting from improved control, greater handling, greater safety and stability on compromised areas.

• STEALTH SIDE ALLOY STRUCTURE: Stealth is the most advanced technology in fibre development and optimisation within the Mondraker range. This technology encompasses all the processes of creating the frame, from the inspiration and industrial design conception, passing through the specific elaboration of each one of its tubes, up to the calculation of finite elements that ensure and optimise each one of its parts for a specific function.
